1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BenchPool website (benchpool.lu) and its services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website benchpool.lu and all associated services. "User" refers to any person accessing the platform as a representative of a consulting company. "We/Us" refers to BenchPool, the operator of the platform.

3. Services

BenchPool is a B2B platform that facilitates anonymous sharing of available consultants between staffing companies in Luxembourg. We facilitate connections but do not act as an employer or intermediary in contractual relationships between companies.

4. User Account

To access the platform, you must create a company account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about your company and consultants
  • Not use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Not attempt to access other companies' data without authorization
  • Not scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform by automated means
  • Respect the anonymity of other companies until a deal is confirmed

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (design, logos, texts, code) is the property of BenchPool and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

BenchPool acts as a connection platform and does not guarantee the quality or availability of any consultant. We are not responsible for disputes between companies or contractual agreements made outside the platform.

8. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content or account that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate any account without notice in case of violation.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
